The SASP is a state law enforcement agency with a respected reputation for professionalism and courtesy. The SASP employs some of the most highly trained, motivated, and experienced law enforcers. Established in early 2022, the SASP is one of the most rapidly growing and improving departments in the state. Our jurisdiction covers the entirety of the state ensuring the oversaturation of law enforcement in certain areas and curbing both crime and vehicle related offenses. The SASP acts as an "assist-only" agency. While we do not regularly take 911 calls and primarily deal with vehicle related issues and traffic, we make all efforts to assist local law enforcement in all manners upon request.
