§ 2-2-101 Vehicle Size Regulations
No vehicle operated upon the roadways of this state, unladen or with load, shall exceed a width of 8 feet (the normal
size of a lane) and shall not exceed a length of that of a city bus, unless a greater width or length is authorized by a special permit issued by a competent authority.
Violating this subsection is a $1000 Fine and an immediate surrender of the offenders vehicle.
