§ 2-2-102 Vehicle Load Size Regulations
No vehicle operated upon the roadways of this state, shall have a load that exceeds a width of 8 feet (the normal
size of a lane), nor shall shall the load exceed the length of the vehicle.
Violating this subsection is a $1000 Fine and an immediate surrender of the offenders load.
