§ 2-2-201 Use and Required Vehicle Lighting
(a) Every vehicle, upon a roadway within this state at any time after sunset until sunrise and at any other time when there is not sufficient light to render clearly, or during times
of inclement weather, discernible persons and vehicles on the roadway ahead shall display lighted lamps and illuminating devices as respectively required for different classes of vehicles,
subject to exceptions with respect to parked vehicles as stated.
(b) Every vehicle shall be equipped with at least one front headlamp that illuminates white, turn signals or four-way flashers that illuminate yellow, and one rear brake light that illuminates red.
Violating this subsection is a $80 Fine.
