§ 1-1-403 Terroristic Threats and Acts
A person commits the offense of terroristic threats and acts if:
(a) With the purpose of terrorizing another person, the person threatens to or causes death or serious physical injury or substantial property damage to another person; or
(b) The person knowingly threatens to; or commits an act of mass violence; or
(c) Places a person or group of persons in a position to reasonably fear for their safety.
(d) Shoots at or in any manner projects an object at a conveyance which is being operated or which is occupied by another person with the purpose to cause injury to another person or damage to property; or
(e) Shoots at an occupiable structure with the purpose to cause injury to a person or damage to property.
Violating this subsection is a Class (F) Misdemeanor.
