§ 1-2-101 Possession of Stolen Property
A person commits the offense of possession of stolen property if he or she receives, retains, or disposes of stolen property of another person:
(a) Knowing that the property was stolen; or
(b) Having good reason to believe the property was stolen.
Violating this subsection is a Class (B) Misdemeanor.
