§ 1-4-703 Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to sell or Distribute
It is unlawful to manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
List of controlled substances:
(i) Cocaine
(ii) Codeine
(iii) Hashish
(iv) Heroin
(v) Hydromorphone Hydrochloride
(vi) Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD)
(vii) Marijuana
(viii) Methadone
(ix) Methamphetamine
(x) Morphine
(xi) Opium
(xii) Pethidine
(xiii) Depressant drug
(xiv) Hallucinogenic drug
(xv) Stimulant drug
Violating this subsection is a Class (C) Felony.
