§ 1-4-701 Possession of a Controlled Substance
It is unlawful for a person to possess a controlled substance or a substance not prescribed to them by a license physician, doctor, or therapist.
List of controlled substances:
(i) Cocaine
(ii) Codeine
(iii) Hashish
(iv) Heroin
(v) Hydromorphone Hydrochloride
(vi) Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD)
(vii) Marijuana
(viii) Methadone
(ix) Methamphetamine
(x) Morphine
(xi) Opium
(xii) Pethidine
(xiii) Depressant drug
(xiv) Hallucinogenic drug
(xv) Stimulant drug
Violating this subsection is a Class (A) Felony.
