§ 2-1-103 Operation of a Motor Vehicle on a Public Road with an Expired or Revoked License
Any person whose driver's license or driving privilege as a resident or nonresident has been cancelled, suspended,
or revoked as provided in this subsections and who drives any motor vehicle upon the roadways of this state while
the license or privilege is cancelled, suspended, or revoked is guilty of Operation of a Motor Vehicle on a Public Road
with an Expired or Revoked License.
Violating this subsection is a Class (A) Misdemeanor, a $500 Fine, and an immediate surrender of the offenders vehicle.
