§ 1-3-101 Obstructing Governmental Operations
A person commits the offense of obstructing governmental operations if the person:
(a) Knowingly obstructs, impairs, interferes, or hinders the performance of any governmental function or law enforcement officer;
(b) Falsely or fails to identify himself or herself to a law enforcement officer.
Violating this subsection is a Class (A) Misdemeanor.
