§ 1-1-102 Involuntary Manslaughter
A person commits involuntary manslaughter if he or she negligently causes, without intent, the death of another person, not constituting manslaughter, or while operating a motor vehicle:
(a) While intoxicated;
(b) While fatigued.
Violating this subsection is a Class (C) Felony.
