§ 1-1-503 Human Trafficking
A person commits the offense of human trafficking if he or she knowingly:
(a) Recruits, harbors, transports, obtains, entices, solicits, isolates, provides, or maintains a person knowing that the person will be subjected to involuntary servitude;
(b) Benefits financially or benefits by receiving anything of value from participation in a venture under subdivision (a) of this section;
(c) Subjects a person to involuntary servitude;
(d) Recruits, entices, solicits, isolates, harbors, transports, provides, maintains, or obtains a minor for commercial sexual activity;
(e) Benefits financially or benefits by receiving anything of value from participating in an act described under this section.
Violating this subsection is a Class (B) Felony.
