§ 2-3-104 Hazardous or Reckless Driving
No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the roadways of this state in manner that is deemed;
(a) hazardous, reckless, or dangerous;
(b) that they could possibly cause themselves or others bodily injury or death; or
(c) at a speed of more than 20 MPH over the posted speed limit; or
(d) indicate a wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property
Violating this subsection is a class (A) Misdemeanor and immediate surrender of the offenders vehicle.
Violating this subsection while fleeing law enforcement is a class (D) Felony and immediate surrender of the offenders vehicle.
