§ 2-1-104 Failure to Provide Documents Upon Request of a Law Enforcement Officer
No person shall refuse to provide a driving license, proof of insurance, and a vehicle registration upon request of
a law enforcement officer in this state. Any person who refuses or fails to exhaust all reasonable efforts to provide
the requested documents shall be guilty of Failure to Provide Documents Upon Request of a Law Enforcement Officer.
Violating this subsection is a $500 Fine and an immediate surrender of the offenders vehicle.
