§ 1-3-201 Destruction of Public Property
A person commits the offense of Destruction of Public Property if, having no reasonable ground to believe he or she has a right to do so, the person knowingly causes damage or impairment of property owned by the public.
Violating this subsection is a Class (A) Felony.
