§ 1-2-301 Burglary Commercial or Residential
(a) A person commits residential or commercial burglary if he or she enters or remains unlawfully in a residential or commercial occupiable structure of another person with the purpose of committing in the residential or commercial occupiable structure any offense punishable by imprisonment.
Violating this subsection is a Class (A) Felony.
