§ 2-2-202 Aftermarket or Custom Vehicle Lighting
(a) No vehicle in this state shall be equipped with non factory or aftermarket lighting. This does not apply to non factory or aftermarket headlamps, running light or turn signals, that illuminate yellow or white. This section
also does not apply to any vehicle classified as an emergency vehicle.
Violating this subsection is a $100 Fine for the first offense. Second Offense includes immediate surrender of offenders vehicle.
